‘Advancing Women in Leadership’ is an in-depth program for senior female executives to help you prepare for and realise your future ambitions.

It is a program for senior female leaders with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

The next program will start in 2019 and is a collaborative initiative with KDVI (Kets de Vries Institute). Our combined mission is to inspire women and to help them advance in their careers.

RoundTable Women in Leadership

9 Years ago, Annette Onrust initiated the RoundTable / Women in Leadership, an exclusive network for female directors and supervisors. This network has the objective to discuss boardroom topics, share experiences, inspire and help each other in strategic ways and also to help talented female executives advance in their careers.

This network has grown into a network where senior executives get to know each other and help each other forward in strategic ways.

Our values are: content driven, quality, commitment, connection.

The Committee of Recommendation consists of: Thessa Menssen (CFO Royal BAM Group), Lidewij de Haas (Commercial Director Arcadis), Britt van den Berg (Head of Personnel DKH), Marie Louise Bots (Senior VP Global Corporate Development BioPharmX).

From this network, a mentor program (Mentor4Talent) and the ‘Advancing Women in Leadership’ Program are initiated to inspire female talents and help them advance their career.

 

Annette Onrust

Annette Onrust is trainer, coach and author of the book ‘Topvrouw in 7 stappen. Jouw weg naar de Boardroom’, which will be launched in September 2017. With this book, she wants to inspire women to fulfil their ambitions and she gives them practical advice to make their way to the boardroom in 7 steps.

She aims for more diversity within organisations as diverse teams will lead to better company results. Therefore, she empowers women to develop their leadership skills and to explore and achieve their ambitions. Annette initiated the RoundTable for Women in Leadership, an exclusive network for female directors and supervisors.
